SHARE WITH ONLY 2 OTHERS: Typically only share with 2 other people, bathroom with 1 person, avoiding quiets for bathrooms and kitchens. We limit the number of people living in any property according to its size. Most properties are 3 beds.
LOW CLIENT TURNOVER: Clients stay for a minimum of 6 months, and in most cases 12-18 months. There is zero short term or AirBnB letting. This way you can properly get to know your house mates.
